| When I select a broadcast title to listen, why does RealPlayer launch and tell me that there is an "Invalid resource path string in requested URL?" |
- Make sure your RealAudio connection is working properly. If you are able to listen to another broadcast, you should be able to listen to ours.
- Download and install Winamp (http://www.winamp.com) as your default online audio player. Make sure it has m3u and pls file extensions associated with it.
|
| While listening to a broadcast, why do I here a lot of stuttering or skipping in the audio? |
- Try increasing the buffer size of your player.
- If you have Winamp:
a. Hit ctrl-p b. Select Plug-ins->Input c. Select "Nullsoft MPEG audio decoder plug-in", and hit configure. d. Select the Straming tab. e. Increase the Streaming buffer to 256
- The stuttering could also be due to a problem with the connection to the Internet, Internet traffic, or you may have selected a T1,DSL,Cable stream instead of a 33-56k Modem stream.
